Torrington Distributors Inc. has been awarded Aftermarket orders for Mexicana Airlines to provide Spare/Replacement parts in support of approximately 9 shipsets of the CRJ200 aircraft over the next few months.

Torrington Distributors Inc. has been awarded Aftermarket orders for Alaska Airlines to provide Spare/Replacement parts in support of approximately 40 shipsets of Business and Economy class configurations delivered over the past 3 year.

Torrington Distributors has been awarded the OEM production for Comair Limited, an affiliate airline of British Airways based in South Africa. Program scope is approximately 16 shipsets consisting of four seating configurations from one of the world's leading seating manufacturers.

Torrington Distributors has been awarded the OEM production for Aigle Azur Airlines on three aircraft configurations from one of the world's leading seating manufacturers. Program scope is approximately 10 shipsets over a 12 month period.

Torrington Distributors has provided Air Canada with approximately 10,000 +/- spare/replacement seat cover components fleet wide of both Business and Economy class configurations delivered over the past 3 years.

Torrington Distributors has been awarded the OEM production for Saudi Arabian Airlines on a two class configuration from one of the world's leading seating manufacturers. Program scope is approximately 50 shipsets of each configuration.

Torrington Distributors has been awarded the OEM production for British Airways on a premium class configuration from one of the world's leading seating manufacturers. Program scope is approximately 90+/- shipsets.

Torrington Distributors has provided Pinnacle with 120 +/- shipsets of replacement covers to support their fleet requirements over the past 3 years.

Torrington Distributors has been awarded the OEM production for AirFrance on the 777 Aircraft configuration from one of the world's leading seating manufacturers. As part of their new product offering, we expect to deliver approximately 2,500 pax.

Torrington Distributors has acquired a 15,000sqft facility in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Operational targets are for the 2nd quarter 2009 and the facility will be utilized for light production and onsite support of one of the world's leading seating manufacturers.
